Blueberries are small, bitesize and crisp berries that have a beautiful deep purple/blue hue. Blueberries are mostly sweet with a slightly acidic taste. Eat them as a snack, make them into a perfectly balanced sweet and tart jam, or add to a smoothie to add colour and sweetness.
